We handle residential moves, commercial relocations, and everything in between. That means packing, loading, transport, unloading, and unpacking if you want it. We also offer storage solutions for clients who need a place to keep their stuff short-term or long-term. Not doing piano moves or fine art transport though — those require specialists we'd rather not pretend we're equipped for.

It's based on three things: distance, volume of stuff, and complexity. We don't charge by the hour like some outfits. Instead, we give you a flat quote after seeing what you're working with. Schedule a walk-through at your place (or we can do video) and we'll nail down a price. No surprises on moving day. That's how we operate.

Nope. We require a deposit upfront to secure your date — usually 30% of the quote. The remaining balance is due the day of the move, before we unload. We take bank transfers, card payments, and cash. Makes things cleaner for everyone involved.

We cover Pardubice and the surrounding region within about 50 kilometers. Longer distances are possible but priced differently. Two to four weeks is ideal during off-season. Summer months and weekends fill up faster — sometimes 6-8 weeks out. That said, we occasionally squeeze in last-minute moves if we have availability. Give us a call and we'll see what we can do. Flexibility isn't guaranteed, but we try.

Our team is trained to handle your belongings carefully. We wrap fragile items, secure furniture properly, and take precautions. But accidents happen. That's why we carry liability insurance covering standard damage. For high-value items, we recommend discussing them beforehand so we can plan accordingly. Some clients add extra coverage — your call.

We do both. You can pack everything yourself and we'll just transport it. Or we pack for you — costs more, obviously, but saves you time and stress. Most folks go somewhere in between: they pack everyday items and we handle the tricky stuff like dishes, mirrors, and electronics. Whatever works for your situation.

Changes happen. If you need to move your date, let us know as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate you if we have another slot available. Cancel within 7 days of your scheduled date and you lose your deposit. More than 7 days out and we refund it minus a small admin fee. It's fair for everyone.
